What Are Solid Surface Sheets?

Solid surface sheets are acrylic-based, flat panels that serve as a base for various interior and commercial applications. The sheets can be cut to size, shaped, thermoformed and made into finished items, including countertops, reception desks, wall cladding, integrated sinks, kiosks, lift flooring and custom furniture.

A big benefit of solid surface materials is the lack of porosity, which makes them resistant to stains, bacterial growth and moisture. They can also be thermoformed, which means that they can be formed into curved and seamless shapes that would be hard to create with traditional materials.

The thickness of our acrylic solid surface sheet supply comes in standard dimensions of around 760mm x 3680mm, and in a variety of thicknesses, usually as follows:
